Through his wondering years he has worked the farms, drove trucks, hitch hiked both Canada and the US, seen hard times, good times and lived the life of a modern day rambler.

For the past five years Eric Peterson has been the leader of the award winning country band The Turnpike Bandits out of Victoria, BC (Best Live Act Van. Isl. Music awards 2011).  Over the years the band has shared stages with the likes of George Canyon, Johnny Reid, Fred Eaglesmith, Tom Cochran, Barney Bentall, Colin James and more.

They have performed for our Canadian Armed Forces aboard HMCS Calgary, hosted concerts/ suppers for Victoria’s homeless community and have had the honor of being one of the acts at Canada’s greatest outdoor show, The Calgary Stampede on the Window On The West stage for the last 2 years running.
